GetCarHere.com respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to match you with vehicles and financing — contact details, preferences, and, with your explicit consent, a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your score. We never sell your personal information. Location data is used only during an active appointment and stops automatically on arrival. You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time from Settings or by emailing privacy@getcarhere.com.
Terms of Service
By using GetCarHere®, you agree to use the platform lawfully and accept that vehicle availability, pricing, and financing offers are provided by participating dealerships and lenders and may change. Pre-qualification is not a commitment to lend; final terms are subject to a hard credit inquiry and lender approval you authorize. Platform subscription and success fees are billed to dealership accounts per the applicable order form.
